AP POLYCET 2024 Notification, Online Application procedure

Andhra Pradesh State Polytechnic Common Entrance Examination AP POLYCET 2024 Notification released and Online application available Feb to April 2024. AP POLYCET 2024 examination will be conducting in May 2024.

Andhra Pradesh AP POLYCET is a Polytechnic common entrance test conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training, Mangalagiri for admission into Diploma level programs conducted in Government, Aided, Private, Un-aided Polytechnics and Second Shift polytechnics run in existing Private un-aided Engineering Colleges.

AP POLYCET 2023 Important Dates:

• Commencement of filing of applications online : 15-02-2023
• Last date of filing of online application form : 30-04-2023
• Date & Time of Entrance Examination : 10-05-2023 (11:00amto1:00pm)
• Tentative date of declaration of results : 25-05-2023

Application Fee :

• For OC / BC Candidates appearing for POLYCET 2023 : Rs. 400/-
• For SC / ST Candidates appearing for POLYCET 2023 : Rs. 100/-

AP POLYCET 2023 - Eligibility

• Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P / TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
• Candidates belonging to NIOS / APOSS / OTHER Examinations recognized as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. SHOULD HAVE PASSED ALL THE SUBJECTS including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject.
• Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in April / May-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET- 2023.

How to filling the AP POLYCET Online Application :

Fill in the Application form as per the guidelines:

• First fill the 10th Class Hall ticket No., Year of pass and Date of Birth.
• Fill your name as per school records with one letter for each box. Leave a gap between parts of your name.
• Fill your father’s name
• Fill your date of birth in DD MM YYYY [Date / Month / Year] format.
• Fill in your address details (House Number, Village / Street, Mandal / Town / City, District, PIN code, mobile number for correspondence.
• Fill in the place where you would like to appear for Examination. Refer the table Examination / help line centers.
• Enter the area code to which you are local to Andhra Pradesh
• Enter your reservation category (BC/SC/ST)
• Enter your special category, if any(CAP/SP/PH/NCC).
• Fill in minority community details (Other than Hindu) as entered in your school records.
• Fill in your willingness to appear the examination in Urdu medium. Examination in Urdu medium will be conducted only at Guntur and Nandyal centers.
• The filled in application form should be submitted with a payment of Rs. 400/- (OC / BC Candidates) Rs.100/- (SC / ST Candidates)
